Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking a Clinical Manager for Orthotics & Prosthetics in Cleveland. Lead daily clinical operations, guide staff, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

You will collaborate with the Department Director on quality, compliance, budgeting, and business development to support high-quality care. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with ABCOP certification preferred/required, and 2–5 years of O&P experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred for the role.
• ABCOP certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics is preferred or required as applicable.
• 2–5 years of orthotics and prosthetics experience with strong clinical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Orthotics & Prosthetics clinic.
• Provide leadership and support to clinical staff.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Assist with staffing decisions and staff performance recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and health standards (ABC, TJC, CARF, state DOH).
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, therapists, patients, and community partners.

Help Patients Regain Independence.Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager – Orthotics & Prosthetics to join our Cleveland team.
