Job summary

Senior Care Solutions in Melbourne, FL is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations and support field staff delivering in-home care. You will oversee daily nursing activities, ensure Medicare home health compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, home health leadership experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to coach teams and coordinate care across patients, families, and physicians.
