Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is expanding its clinical team and is looking to add an experienced RN Clinical Manager to our team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee clinical operations, support field staff, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Current Florida RN license in good standing and home health leadership experience are required, along with strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and excellent communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license in good standing.
• Previous home health experience required.
• Previous clinical leadership or management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations and clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support clinical staff and daily clinical operations
• Provide guidance and support to field nurses and other clinical team members
• Review patient care and documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare and company standards
• Monitor patient care plans, orders, and clinical documentation
• Assist with quality assurance and clinical compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with staff education, training, and competency development
• Address clinical concerns and assist with resolution of patient care issues
• Participate in audits and quality improvement activities
• Ensure timely completion and accuracy of required clinical documentation
• Support the coordination of patient services and overall clinical workflow
• See patients as needed to support the team and ensure continuity of care
