BAYADA Home Health Care in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and develop our hospice team delivering compassionate home-based care to adults and geriatric clients.

As Clinical Manager, you will supervise nurses and field clinicians, conduct visits across Harrisburg and surrounding areas, mentor staff, coordinate onboarding, and champion training to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-registered) required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Previous hospice experience required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout service area as needed.

Clinical Manager (RN) – Hospice

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
• Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
• Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.
