VNA Care is hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) for our Needham / Canton teams.

The Clinical Manager will report to the Clinical Director and oversee a team of RNs, PTs, OTs, LPNs, and administrative staff.

The CM must be able to motivate and challenge a dedicated team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to clients. Key responsibilities include communication, planning, monitoring, coordination, and supervision of daily operations.

Experience:

• Home care experience
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Proven communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to motivate, retain staff, and manage teams effectively

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Oasis Certification
