Job summary

Behavior One Autism Solutions is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical ABA programs for clients with autism and related disorders.

The role involves designing and supervising treatment plans, conducting FBAs, training caregivers, and collaborating with a clinical team to ensure high-quality services. Strong supervision skills and reliable commute are essential.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Prior clinical ABA experience is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is required.
  • Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check.
  • Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Ensures integrity of program implementation.
  • Monitors treatment plan effectiveness and modifies as needed.
  • Analyzes data and creates graphs for analysis.
  • Provides parent training tailored to clients.
  • Engages with clients and caregivers in a positive manner.
  • Leads clinical team meetings (CTMs).
  • Models ABA strategies for technicians and caregivers.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities to staff.
  • Generates and completes progress reports.
  • Conducts initial behavioral assessments using tools like Vineland-3/VB-MAPP.

Compensation
  • Hourly Pay equivalent to $85,000 - $100,000 per year

The BCBA works with individuals with a variety of disorders, such as Autism, ADHD and Mild Intellectual disabilities. BCBAs oversee the development, modification, and implementation of treatment plans (i.e., behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals) for each client on their caseload. They work collaboratively on a clinical team and may work one-on-one with caregivers in home and community settings. The BCBA collaborates with the client’s caregivers and the case supervisor to develop a comprehensive and individualized intervention plan.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and uses assessment tools
  • Designs ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other behavioral disabilities
  • Ensures integrity of program implementation
  • Monitors effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed
  • Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
  • Provides individualized client-centered parent training
  • Engages in active listening and positive interaction with clients and caregivers
  • Facilitates clinical team meetings (CTMs)
  • Models behavior intervention strategies for behavior technicians and caregivers
  • Provides supervision, support, and development opportunities to behavior technicians and case supervisors
  • Generates and completes progress reports
  • Conducts initial behavioral assessments
  • Uses assessment tools (i.e., Vineland-3, VB-MAPP)
Skills and Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in a related field is required
  • Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test
  • Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check
  • Consistent and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills
Operating Hours

Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm (Session times are based on employee and client availability.
