HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC seeks a Clinical Manager to oversee administration of medical personnel and coordinate care across the ambulatory surgical center. You will report to the VP of Operations and ensure high standards of nursing practice, patient safety, and policy compliance.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, Illinois license, 5 years in management, and BLS/ACLS; ASC management is a plus. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 depending on experience.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 based on skill and experience level.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the administration and supervision of all medical personnel and is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer for coordination of all medical care given and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel. In the absence of the Chief Executive Officer, the Clinical Manager assumes this responsibility and accountability.

The main function of the Clinical Manager is that of leadership and promotion of cooperative staff effort. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the allocation and completion of assigned functions in daily operations. She/He interprets departmental philosophy, objectives, policy and procedure.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Occasionally excessive strength to restrain confused or combative patients during and after anesthesia induction.
