The Department of OBGYN is seeking a dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations at a multispecialty care site supporting Gynecology, Urogynecology, and Complex Family Planning. This role offers the opportunity to support multiple medical and surgical specialties co-located at 800 Walnut. Consistent with Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act guidelines, this site provides medication-induced and surgical abortions, alongside comprehensive Gynecologic and Urogynecology services. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure compliance with Regulatory, Infection Control, Quality, and Patient Satisfaction standards, while maintaining nursing standards and scope of practice. The role involves working closely with Department leadership, Divisional Administrators, Division Chiefs, and Medical Directors to ensure the highest quality of care.
