Job summary

Howard Center is seeking a Team Lead in Burlington, VT to blend leadership with direct client service. This role oversees staff supervision, scheduling, training, and coordination of daily operations, including medication administration and group/1:1 therapeutic support.

The position is full-time, exempt, with a starting annual salary of $50,310.69 and additional on-call rotation pay. Comprehensive benefits and time-off accrue for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with adults with mental health challenges in either a residential or community-based setting will be considered.
• Valid driver''s license and use of a personal vehicle.

Description

The Team Lead role is a blend of leadership and supervisory responsibilities and direct service to clients. This role assists in program coordination including staff supervision, recruitment, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff

Requirements:

• A combination of two years of experience working with adults with mental health challenges in either a residential or community-based setting and education will be considered
• Valid driver's License, and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

• Full time (37.5 hours)
• Exempt
• Annual salary starting at $50,310.69, plus additional $$ for on call rotation
