Job summary

NHC HomeCare Vero Beach is seeking a Clinical Manager to join our team. The Clinical Manager/Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency.

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of employment or compact state.
• Minimum three years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with home care experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience as a RN preferred.
• Must be committed to helping meet patient goals.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record.
• Able to meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain the best clinical staff.
• Coordinate referrals and ongoing care with patients, caregivers, hospitals, physicians, and clinicians.
• Help NHC HomeCare meet patients' needs.
• Provide care as needed, ensuring staffing coverage to meet care needs.
• Educate and monitor the care provided.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Director of Services.
