Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to oversee day-to-day operating room operations, improve patient experience, and align with administrative goals. The role reports to the Administrator and works with leadership to ensure fiscal accountability and policy development.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, scheduling, staff development, ensuring compliance with standards, and promoting safe, efficient patient care in an ambulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current license to practice in the state.
• CPR and Advanced Life Support required.
• 2+ years operating room/critical care experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in outpatient surgery.
• Demonstrates clinical leadership, teaching abilities.

• Assume responsibility for budgeting and resourcing.
• Plan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programs.

Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin

The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve the efficiency of services and patient experience. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.

Skills

• Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial position
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management
• Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures
• Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
• Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g., patient management software)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed in the state.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
• At least two years operating room/critical care experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
