Job summary

Intuitive Health, in partnership with Beaufort Memorial Hospital, seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the non-physician clinical staff on site at Hilton Head Island, SC. The role reports to the Program Director and supports the Fall 2026 launch of trusted emergency and urgent care services.

You will ensure excellent patient service, sound clinical practices, and efficient operations while promoting teamwork, continuous improvement, and a patient-centered culture in a growing ambulatory care model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management or charge nurse experience within the emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Lead the non-physician clinical staff in concurrence with Beaufort Memorial Hospital leadership.
• Ensure great customer service through sound clinical practices and efficient operations.

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the non-physician clinical staff in concurrence with the Program Director and Beaufort Memorial Hospital leadership to provide patients with great customer service through sound clinical practices and efficient operations. As a leader, the Clinical Manager is expected to provide an environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and is patient centric.
