The Clinical Manager of Community-Based Programs oversees clinical supervision and operations of BH-JI and CSP programs, ensuring quality and integrity.

• Provides support and oversight to care management staff and navigators, and reviews operational procedures for improvement.
• Collaborates with justice and community partners, supervises staff, and leads quality and process enhancements.
• Develops strategic plans, monitors daily operations, and ensures compliance with standards like The Joint Commission.
• Promotes community outreach and professional relationships to support program growth.
• Ensures appropriate care coordination and addresses safety and clinical risks proactively.
• Supervisory role with minimum requirements including a master’s degree, LMHC or LICSW, and relevant experience in behavioral health management and community care.

The role is full-time with a schedule Monday to Friday, in person, with a salary range of $80,000-$85,000.
