Job summary

Prime Spine and Wellness is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join a fast-growing integrative chiropractic clinic dedicated to evidence-based care. This is not a spa environment, but a clinical setting where the team-based approach helps patients reduce pain and restore function.

The ideal candidate will perform therapeutic and corrective massage, collaborate with chiropractors and rehabilitation staff, document notes, educate patients, and contribute to long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Current state Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, medical, myofascial release, trigger point, or corrective massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with chiropractors and rehabilitation staff to support patient outcomes.
• Document treatment notes accurately and professionally.
• Assess soft tissue dysfunction and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients on self-care strategies and recovery recommendations.
• Recommend treatment plans and schedule patient follow-up appointments.
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment.
