Job summary

Select Rehabilitation Hospital of Denton is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) to lead relationship-building with hospitals and care teams in the Dallas/Plano/Frisco area. You will educate referral sources, review medical records, and coordinate safe transfers to our acute care rehabilitation hospital.

The role includes developing strategies to grow market share, managing the referral pipeline, and collaborating with the VP/Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an RN, OT, PT or SLP; multi-state licensure as per territory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and nurtures professional relationships with case managers, physicians and clinicians in acute care hospitals.
• Educates staff, patients and families about rehabilitation services provided by the hospital.
• Assesses patients at referring hospitals for admission and manages the referral process.
