• Ability to use clinical assessment skills while exercising independent judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive image through planning, programs, education, and community events to assist hospital census and budget goals.
• Develop and implement referral relations programs with physicians, managed care organizations, case managers and discharge planners.
• Utilize sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning; monitor activity through logs and profiling of customers.
• Coordinate creation and dissemination of education materials such as outcome studies and brochures; arrange tours/visits to increase education level of guests.
