As a liaison, you will evaluate patients to determine if they meet admissions criteria, develop strategic plans, conduct marketing calls, and present the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.

What you bring:

• Licensed as a Social Worker, Nurse, PT, OT, or SLP preferred; pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.
• Experience promoting programs and services in a medical environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships within an assigned territory using clinical and sales skills.
• Passionate about patient advocacy and assisting in the referral to admission process.
• Strong clinical skills with a mindset for business development.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Preferred: 3 years healthcare experience, including healthcare sales.
• Current, active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to travel regionally regularly.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, and reimbursements.
