Crescent Hospice is looking for a self-motivated and passionate Hospice Clinical Liaison to join our team. The Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for hospital and medical facility outreach to identify new referral sources and maintain ongoing relationships that will increase census and preference for hospice services. Clinical Liaisons use their clinical knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialogues with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to explain and educate on hospice services. Our Clinical Liaisons are hospice experts and serve as a resource to their referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.

  • Assisting in patient eligibility determinations based on hospice knowledge
  • Conducting initial meetings with patients and families to overview hospice services and obtain consents

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare preferred
  • Current unencumbered license as RN, LVN, social worker, or Chaplain
  • At least 1 year of healthcare sales/marketing experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in hospice/palliative marketing preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. The listed pay range is a guideline; final offer depends on experience and responsibilities, and will be discussed at interview.
