What you will do in this role:

• Interact professionally with patients and families, gathering clinical information and history
• Conduct patient assessments for potential admissions
• Complete detailed Pre-Admission Screens per policies and payer requirements
• Educate physicians on quality, programs, accreditations, and regulations related to inpatient rehabilitation
• Develop educational and community relations plans with the team
• Provide in-service and cross-training to team members on relevant topics
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-year degree; a 4-year degree in health, business, or marketing preferred, nursing degree preferred
• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred
• Current applicable license in accordance with state law
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Experience working with healthcare professionals and in healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel in the community
