Qualifications

• Requires clinical licensure.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
• Experience with clinical assessment and EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate in-take and pre-admission screening process.
• Perform on-site clinical judgment to determine appropriateness of patient for admission.
• Communicate rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families, aligning expectations and participation requirements.
• Secure information related to patients' resources and benefits.
• Serve as initial contact for external case management, discharge planners, payors, and hospital facilities.
