Job summary

The Carpenter Health Network in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Clinical Liaison to ensure care continuity for patients and promote our care continuum, spanning post-acute care services.

Ideal candidates have proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare and a clinical background (RN or LVN), with strong networking skills to build referral sources and coordinate with physicians, social workers, insurers, and families.

Qualifications

• Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Hospital/ICU experience preferred.
• Strong Clinical Assessment skills.
• Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
• Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
• Talented in networking with referral sources.
• Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.

• Develop and implement Marketing plans for the Wichita Falls area.

Experience/Skills

• Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Requirements

• Must live in territory – Wichita Falls
• Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
• 2 or more years of clinical experience required
• Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft 365 Office.
• Knowledge of hospital data bases
• Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
