Job summary

KabaFusion in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Clinical Liaison to grow referrals and coordinate patient transitions from acute care to home. You will partner with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to develop care plans and drive smooth handoffs.

The role requires an RN license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 2+ years in infusion healthcare; sales experience is a plus and mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 2+ years of infusion healthcare experience.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow referrals and drive sales by collaborating with physicians, discharge planners, and payers.
• Identify patients and develop care plans to orchestrate transitions from acute care to home.
• Coordinate handoffs to home infusion services and ensure smooth implementation of care plans.

About the role:

As Clinical Liaison with KabaFusion, your goal is to grow the business and generate referrals, sales is your first responsibility.This is a collaborative position where you will initiate a pro-active approach to work with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to identify patients, develop care plans, and orchestrate a smooth transition from the acute care setting to their home.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in infusion healthcare
• Sales experience is preferred
