Job summary

KabaFusion is seeking a Clinical Liaison in Athens, GA to grow referrals and drive patient transitions from acute care to home infusion. You will work with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to identify patients and develop care plans, making a tangible impact on patient care.

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 2+ years of infusion healthcare experience.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business and generate referrals with a proactive approach.
• Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to identify patients and develop care plans.
• Orchestrate a smooth transition from the acute care setting to the patient's home.

About the role:

As Clinical Liaison with KabaFusion, your goal is to grow the business and generate referrals, sales is your first responsibility.This is a collaborative position where you will initiate a pro-active approach to work with physicians, discharge planners, and payers to identify patients, develop care plans, and orchestrate a smooth transition from the acute care setting to their home.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of experience in infusion healthcare
• Sales experience is preferred
