Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a Marketing Clinical Liaison for Mishawaka, IN to evaluate patients for admissions and to present the benefits of rehabilitation to referral sources.

You will develop strategic plans, conduct marketing calls, and promote hospital services for Referrals. Based in the Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana, you will blend clinical insight with business development, travel regionally, advocate for patients, and contribute to the growth of our inpatient rehab programs

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure (RN, LVN/LPN, OT, PT, or RT) required.
• 3+ years healthcare experience; healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally and promote programs to referral sources.

We have a great opportunity for a Marketing Clinical Liaison.

Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Indiana in Mishawaka, Indiana (South Bend area) is a cutting-edge inpatient rehabilitation facility focused on helping patients reclaim their lives after serious injuries or illnesses. We provide intensive rehab care for stroke survivors, individuals with brain or spinal cord injuries, multiple trauma, and other debilitating conditions. As a liaison, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet the admissions criteria in additional to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.

What you bring:

• Licensed as a Nurse, RN, LVN/LPN, PT, OT, or RT preferred.
• Experience working in the medical environment promoting programs, services.
• Ability to build strong relationships in an assigned territory utilizing clinical and selling skills.
• Passionate patient advocate assisting in the referral to admission process.
• Strong clinical skill set with a mindset for business development.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

• Ability to travel in regional area on a regular basis.
