Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison for a full-time, on-site role in the United States. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners, coordinating patient transitions, and communicating care plans.

Travel between facilities is essential. Qualified candidates will have an active RN, LPN, or LSW license preferred, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and a valid driver's license for travel.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for travel between facilities and partner organizations.
• Current RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare facilities and organizations to support care coordination and referrals.
• Promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, and objectives to internal and external stakeholders as a representative of our care standards and values.
• Attend and participate in facility meetings, calls, and in-services to support collaboration, education, and communication across care settings.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions and protect patient information and hospital property.
• Maintain accurate referral-tracking logs to support admissions and coordination.
• Prepare and distribute timely end-of-day reports to department leaders for clear communication and alignment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions of care and clearly communicate resident needs.

Qualifications for Clinical Liaison:

• Valid driver’s license required, as travel between facilities and partner organizations is essential.
• Current RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
• Associate’s degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple residents, patients, and care teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
