Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking an RN with leadership experience to join our long-term care team in Silver Spring, MD. The role includes unit management and supervision responsibilities, along with opportunities to grow into additional roles.

You will empower direct care staff, ensure high clinical standards, and maintain PCC- Point Click Care EHR; state licenses required and background checks will be conducted. We offer comprehensive benefits including tuition support.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice nursing in Maryland, active RN license.
• Previous clinical leadership experience in long-term/skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Proficient with PCC Point Click Care EHR software and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations as Unit Manager or Supervisor with emphasis on staff development.
• Ensure high clinical standards and quality of care across residents.
• Collaborate with care teams to empower staff and improve resident outcomes.
