NIVA Health is seeking a Director of Nursing – Wound Care (RN) to lead our wound care team in Michigan. This in-person role combines hands-on clinical oversight with strategic leadership to elevate patient outcomes and care standards.

You will mentor providers and staff, develop policies, ensure licensure and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive leadership to implement innovative wound care programs across our Royal Oak and Michigan locations.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license required.
• Wound care certification preferred or required within 45 days of hire.
• Minimum 4 years in wound care and 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).
• Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire).
• Wound care experience
• Minimum of 4 years in wound care and 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team.
