NIVA Health is recruiting an Advanced Wound Care Provider (NP/PA) to deliver expert wound care in patients' homes and local facilities. You will exercise clinical autonomy, lead care decisions, and mentor less experienced clinicians within a forward‑thinking wound care model.

The role emphasizes evidence‑based therapies, allografting, ultrasound, and continuous quality improvement across multiple states. A strong focus on collaboration, documentation, and patient outcomes is essential.
