Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics is seeking a Clinical Leader to guide Behavior Specialists, conduct in-field coaching, and ensure fidelity of ABA programs across home and community settings. This role emphasizes mentorship, program quality, and collaborative leadership to drive client outcomes.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with training teams, and help families understand treatment goals while pursuing BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services or 1 year with 12 semester units in ABA, or board-certified associate behavior analyst.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Relevant ABA experience
• Reliable transportation
• 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services OR 1 year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis OR you are a Board‑Certified associate Behavior Analyst

Physical Requirements

• Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work
• Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair
• Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening
• Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing
• Frequent typing, use of computer
• Occasional walking around building
• Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling
• Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds
• Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
