Job summary

Momentum for Health seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide clinical leadership for comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and crisis intervention within our 24/7 programs. The role requires CA licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or psychologist) and strong collaboration with care teams.

The position involves coordinating services, leading groups and trainings, and ensuring sound documentation. A Master’s degree in the mental health field is required, with eligibility for First Aid and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the mental health profession.
• Current licensure in CA as LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• First Aid Certification within 30 days if assigned to residential facilities.
• Meet continuing education requirements (20 hours) if assigned to residential facility.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in assessments, treatment plans, and interventions.
• Serve as lead member of treatment team; participate in crisis intervention.
• Coordinate service delivery with clients, families, and payors.
• Develop and review documentation including LPHA signatures.
• Provide group and individual treatment and training to clients and families.
• Maintain clinical records and reports per agency and regulatory standards.
