Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete annual mandatory training including age-specific and department-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the health care team with emphasis on coordination of patient care and throughput; serves as clinical resource person and role model.
• Participates in daily rounds with focus on discharge planning; ensures discharge plans are safe and communicated to patients and families.
