Job summary

OhioHealth Marion General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Lead Respiratory Therapist to oversee respiratory care services, coordinate clinical processes, supervise staff, and ensure quality and safety.

The position requires an Associate's Degree with ACLS/BLS/NRP/PALS certifications and RRT credentials. Night shift, 36 hours per week, with opportunities to lead and improve patient care within Pulmonary Services.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required.
• ACLS/BLS/NRP/PALS certifications are required or must be obtained within specified timelines.
• RRT credential is required for ongoing practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory care staff, coordinate clinical processes and staff training.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling and quality oversight.
