Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications required.
• RRT credential required or to be attained.
• Clinical leadership and staff training experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and administers respiratory care procedures and tests; documents in EMR and educates patients/families.
• Oversees daily operations, staffing, and assigns tasks; guides staff and ensures adherence to standards.
• Maintains safety, quality, and efficiency; participates in process improvement alongside leadership.
