Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Loveland seeks a motivated Paramedic to join our medical team as Full Time Manager and Clinical Lead.

This on-site role oversees staff, administers IV therapy, manages inventory and spa finances, and ensures safety and compliance with USP 797 standards.

Ideal candidates hold NREMT-P and Colorado Paramedic license or RN, with BLS/ACLS/PALS and adaptability; shift hours 10:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifikationen

• Paramedic certification and CO license required or RN background.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS are required certifications.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and lead a clinical team.
• Ability to oversee staff, inventory, and spa finances.
• Adhere to USP <797> standards and safety protocols.

Aufgaben

• Autonomy: manage solo shifts while following protocols.
• Client intake & consults; build wellness plans and educate clients.
• Therapy prep: IV administration, compounding and post-service care.
• Stocking, cleanliness and facility upkeep to safety standards.
• Front office tasks: scheduling, payments, and client flow.
• Manager duties: finances, marketing, hiring, training staff.
