Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Scottsdale outpatient team. The role focuses on clinical leadership, mentorship, and program development while delivering high-quality patient care across Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.

Qualified candidates will have an active Arizona OT license, strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Interest in clinical leadership, mentorship, and program development
• New graduates with strong leadership potential welcome to apply

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional patient care while guiding clinical quality across the therapy program
• Mentor and support therapy team members and onboard new clinicians
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, families, and community partners
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
• Contribute to program development, community outreach, and referral relationships
• Document timely and accurate patient records and outcomes
• Lead clinically with opportunities for leadership growth and director trajectories
