Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Charge MRI Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures, primarily MRI, in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will prepare patients, operate equipment, and independently conduct studies while mentoring staff and coordinating shift operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and ensuring quality control, serving as a liaison between the team and supervision. Experience with Siemens MRI systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in radiology or related field.
• 2–5 years radiology experience including MRI and OR imaging.
• R.T.(R) certification or equivalent.
• Licenses such as IEMA and ARRT as applicable.
• Preferred 5–10 years experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures.
• Perform MRI studies independently and in on-call situations.
• Manage shift operations and prioritize workflow.
• Mentor staff and assist with complex exams.
• Serve as a clinical resource and problem solver.
• Ensure communication and supplies are managed effectively.
