Job summary

Eagleville Hospital is seeking a Clinical Lead responsible for the clinical and administrative functioning of the assigned unit. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead inter-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical goals with the clinical director, maintaining accurate patient records, and liaising with payors and families. Strong leadership and a licensed eligible master's degree are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the mental health field required, with 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licensed Eligible Master's Degree required; Clinical License preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure programs meet regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Lead the team to follow the program schedule for effective treatment.
  • Organize a system to evaluate the quality of patient care.
  • Oversee daily interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure communication to all staff.
  • Define program goals with clinical director and integrate into performance improvement processes.
  • Ensure the delivery of all patient services.
  • Participate in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.
  • Evaluate staffing needs with nurse managers to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Provide clinical leadership through hospital committees.
  • Act as liaison with payors, referral sources, and families.
  • Maintain the integrity of patient records with timely notes and comprehensive treatment plans.
