The Team Leader collaborates with physicians and other disciplines to ensure quality, cost effective patient care.**Job Description:**Key Responsibilities:The operating room team leader is a registered nurse who functions as a patient care provider, supervisor and expert clinical resource for staff to ensure patient focused care consistent with departmental goals, regulatory requirements, policies, procedures, protocols, and established standards of practice.
