Meadows Dental Care in Austin, TX seeks a Dentist to lead the clinical side of the practice, set the standard of care, mentor associates and staff, and be accountable for clinical outcomes. This role offers ownership-like influence without debt, allowing you to shape the treatment philosophy, equipment list, and clinical team.

Ideal candidates have DDS/DMD with Texas license, several years of general practice experience, and a temperament to teach as well as treat.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with active Texas license required.
• Several years of general practice experience preferred.
• Wide clinical range and sound clinical judgement.
• Ability to teach and develop the team.
• Proven record of trust-based patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat general dentistry and decide what stays in-house.
• Set and uphold the practice's clinical standards and documentation.
• Mentor associates, assistants, and hygienists chairside.
• Review complex plans and assist in presenting them.
• Participate in equipment decisions and ensure safety/compliance.
