Job summary

The Autism Center of Excellence in Columbia, MD is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our clinic with strong clinical and executive support. You will oversee BCBA and RBT teams, guide assessments, treatment planning, and ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services while growing the program.

This leadership role offers growth, mentorship, and a clear path for continued leadership development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Eligible for Maryland licensure.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for BCBA and RBT teams.
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians.
• Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and case progression.
• Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and BACB standards.
• Support clinic growth, retention, and performance initiatives.
