Advanceable ABA VA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical practice, mentor staff, and oversee high-quality ABA services remotely from Virginia. This role blends leadership with hands-on supervision and program development for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• 4–6 years of ABA experience.
• At least 2 years supervising clinicians.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, and individualized ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical team members
• Mentor and develop clinicians through coaching, observations, feedback, and professional growth support
• Oversee a small clinical caseload while providing high-quality, individualized ABA services
• Support treatment planning, clinical decision-making, and consistency of ABA service delivery
• Review documentation, treatment plans, and clinical practices to ensure alignment with BACB standards, payer requirements, and best practices
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, interdisciplinary providers, and leadership teams
• Participate in leadership meetings and organizational initiatives that support company growth
