Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• All certifications required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains acceptable accuracy in patient, quality assurance, proficiency, and competency testing.
• Maintains instrumentation for testing and reports lab data accurately.
• Documents QA investigations and trends; adheres to lab procedures.
• Performs testing within established turnaround times and safety standards.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
