Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Core Laboratory - Day Shift
At Stony Brook Medicine, a TH Clinical Laboratory Technologist/Technician is a valuable member of our team, who provides clinical services to our patient population. Will maintain specific knowledge of safe laboratory practices as endorsed by the New York State Department of Health and Occupational Safety and Health Administration and conducts oneself in a manner consistent with those practices to ensure the safety of all lab personnel. Qualified candidates will demonstrate superior patient care and possess outstanding communication skills while adhering to our high standard of excellence.
Required:
NYS licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist or documented eligibility, including provisional/limited permit eligibility with demonstrated relevant experience.
Preferred:
Generalist with a strong background in Hematology and Chemistry. ASCP Certification. Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology/Biological or Life Sciences. Master’s Degree.

Anticipated Pay Range: $89,142 – $113,055 Base. The salary range represents SBUH’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The specific salary offer will be based on the candidate’s validated years of comparable experience.
