Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field.
• Montana state Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or must obtain within 45 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures and evaluate the accuracy and validity of patient test results.
• Monitor and evaluate quality control for all tests and participate in QM activities.
• Perform clinical patient testing using automated and non-automated technologies.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate results effectively to colleagues and clinicians.
• Train new employees and contribute to policy revisions as needed.
