Job summary

The Staff Pad is hiring a Clinical Lab Scientist/Technician for a full-time evening position in Helena, MT. In this critical role, you will perform diagnostic testing and work closely with healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens
• Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Participate in on‑call coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting
• Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field
• National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent
• Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure
