Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Must have a certification/license from a recognized agency (ASCP variants).
• ASCP/AMT/AAB/ABHI certifications may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests in compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Follows quality control, quality assurance, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Performs instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Accurately reports test results.
• Maintains appropriate inventory of supplies.
• Keeps effective communication with laboratory personnel and external customers.
• Participates in laboratory projects and educational activities.
• Demonstrates and educates laboratory methods and technical skills to others.
