Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents for testing.
• Document quality control procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot test performance issues.
• Mentor new staff as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Participate in QA/QC and equipment validation.
