Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Laboratory Scientist I to support clinical laboratory operations and research activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in a clinical laboratory environment, preferably in histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and FFPE sample processing.

Experience with the Ventana Ultra Platform is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and support clinical research activities.
• Handle and process FFPE (Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded) tissue samples.
• Support histology and immunohistochemistry (IHC) laboratory procedures.
• Operate automated laboratory equipment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow established laboratory protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure timely and accurate results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience with FFPE sample processing.
