Advance Clinical Research and Diagnostic Innovation is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist on a contract basis. The role is onsite and involves supporting clinical studies, analyzing lab data, and communicating findings to multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree with 1–3 years in a clinical lab, FFPE handling, and histology/IHC exposure, with Ventana Ultra platform experience being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• FFPE tissue samples handling experience.
• Histology and/or automated IHC experience preferred.

We are seeking a motivated Clinical Lab Scientist to support clinical and medical research initiatives in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining laboratory expertise with research collaboration, data analysis, and contributions to the development of new therapies and diagnostic solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with scientists, healthcare professionals, and research teams to support clinical studies, analyze laboratory data, ensure regulatory compliance, and help advance drug and therapy development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to clinical and medical research studies.
• Analyze clinical trial and laboratory data to generate actionable insights.
• Assist with the preparation and communication of research findings.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Experience: working with FFPE (Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded) tissue samples.
• Histology experience and/or automated Immunohistochemistry (IHC) experience preferred.
• Experience with the Ventana Ultra Platform is highly desirable.
