Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Lab Scientist I to lead clinical and medical research studies in an onsite role reporting to VMS Sourcing. You will analyze clinical trial data, publish findings, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with healthcare professionals and research teams to support drug and therapy development.

The position requires a BA/BS in Life Sciences and 1–3 years of lab experience, with emphasis on FFPE processing and IHC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS) required.
• 1–3 years in a clinical lab setting; histology or automated IHC experience preferred.
• FFPE (Formalin Fixed, Paraffin Embedded) experience is a plus.

Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist I

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS)
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting; histology or automated IHC experience preferred. Experience with Ventana Ultra Platform is a big plus
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability, combining a willingness to follow direction with the self-motivation needed to deliver consistent results.
• Experience with FFPE (Formalin Fixed, Paraffin Embedded)
• Preferred: Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL)
